    Awesome way to alleviate strain and consciously compensate for problem areas! I had immediate feedback working this spiral energy with push hands to release tension, but this is something I can do any time any where. We usually acknowledge pain in our bodies and unconsciously compensate, this spiraling is a great ‘pre-habilitation’ tool.
