  1. Hi Ben,

    Great course. I have been practicing the qigong program almost daily and have seen good progress in my training. I do have one question. During practice and even throughout the day I feel tingling on the right side of my back. The feeling stays at T-7 area of the spine and does not seem to move up or down. The feeling does not remain constant all day but appears only when I train or do my relaxation and breathing throughout the day. Any thoughts? Thanks.


    • Try breathing in and tensing the area while holding it then on the out breath relax and release the area down and out. If it does not move out then it is highly possible that there is an injury/malady/stagnation/blockage of some sort in/at the area and should get it checked by a medical doctor just to be safe.
