    Along with Iron Palm too, what happens?

      The Iron Palm is giving you more power with less effort. This strike is giving you more power but it also has that penetrating quality.

      So the two together = more power & less effort with that deep penetrating quality.

    Centripetal force (spinning or circular movement) combined with gravity (sinking or rising, which isn’t really demoed here for the sake of John and Ben?) Good stuff!
