Several master commented that hsing yi is very powerfull after one year.
But they did not know or they did not wanted to teach.
I spend two years practicing hard on just the 5 element fist of hsing yi and was amazingly happy and suprised that just after watching the contents of this only 11 minute video made my form at LEAST 5 times more powerful. with my gratitude and respect,
